Plant selection, crop traceability and harvesting:
Over the years, the company has developed solid partnerships with specialist harvesters of wild plants, as well as local and international producers of 100% pure and natural dried plants for various industrial sectors.
This has enabled us to consolidate a network of expert and reliable producers capable of guaranteeing reproducible top quality from harvest to harvest.
Annual contract on delivery call :
We offer you the possibility of setting up annual contracts based on delivery calls. To do this, you need to tell us your criteria so that we can scrupulously select a batch that meets your requirements (traceability, analysis, organoleptic quality, shaping, etc.). After validation on your part (samples, analysis), this batch will be entirely dedicated to you, and stored in our warehouses for the duration of the contract, awaiting your orders.
We can also support you in specific projects, such as a dedicated cultivation/harvest with one of our partner growers.

Shaping:
We can shape plants according to your requirements. If our powder cuts or granulometries don't meet your needs, we can provide cutting or powdering services on a minimum order of 25 kg.
Isn't a reference available in powder? We can provide a service for a quantity of 2.5 kg per reference.
Mixes:
Can I design my own mixes at Cailleau Herboristerie?We can create your own blends on request (minimum of 2.5 kg per blend).
Infusettes:
Customize your infusettes!
With a minimum order of 1000 infusettes, you can also choose between flat or pyramid-shaped infusettes. All are guaranteed glue-free, staple-free, unbleached and made from biodegradable plant materials. We can also personalize your tags (minimum 12,000 tea bags). Our infusettes are available in bulk, in tubular jars or packaged in sachets on customer request.
Capsules:
For our range of capsules, you can personalize the label with your logo or visual. Please contact us if you would like us to design a capsule for you.
Packaging and label personalization:
We can also personalize our labels with your visual and logo. You can choose your container: bulk, tubed or bagged on customer request.
Services :
Debacterization:
This is achieved by a moderate heat treatment process. This effect is coupled with a vibratory effect designed to denature bacterial proteins.
Disinsectisation:
This is carried out in different ways, depending on the conventional or organic status of the material: freezing, PH3 treatment for conventional products, CO2 treatment for organic products.
Doypack packaging:
Our new production line enables us to offer doypack packaging for larger standard or customized runs.
