Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment or confirmation of order. They are shipped via Colissimo (< à 10Kg), Chronopost (10 à 20Kg) ou Dachser (> to 20Kg). Packages can also be made available for collection. Please contact us if the method of delivery is not convenient for you, so that we can consider a more suitable method of transport, which may involve additional costs.

Delivery charges include preparation and packaging costs. Delivery costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
